What's wrong with the same jug that's been around for 40+ years?

Actually no. I, as many other immigrants, have an issue with the protein in dairy here in the US. A1 vs A2 protein. I thought I was lactose intolerant originally here, but then I went back home and drank milk (and ate half a Baked Alaska by myself) without issues. I have discovered that the ultrafiltered milk (which also happens to be lactose free) gives me less issues. So that is what I buy hah.

I read somewhere (I don't remember where) most adults have limited ability to process lactose anyways. It's a fairly recent (within the last 400 years) evolution for humans to even process lactose past childhood.alienviking wrote: ↑Thu Sep 04, 2025 4:55 pmActually no. I think about all the things we could have done, all the miracles we could have achieved, if we were all just a little bit better than it turns out we are.
