There's a good chance it's shared with Toyota. That might make it easier and/or cheaper to get one.

I can see if there’s a tag in my Lexus for one, my lug key is still in the factory little leather pouch lol

Guaranteed McGuard or one of the other big name lug nut companies makes them for Lexus.

Quick Google search say McGuard makes them for Lexus.

Thanks for your help guys. Found all the info and ordered from them. Got new lug nuts as well so I can destroy this one and get it fixed.

Either those or Goodyear Assurance Weather Ready 2s. We have original Assurance weather readys and they’re great. Goodyear redesigned them for gen2 to be more like the Cross Climates Chris posted.

Yep those are good too. That's such a common size tire there's tons of good options.
