Better pics.

Used an old warn fairlead, but went to Ace and grabbed a couple of bolts. Only thing now is I need to buy some longer cables to move the controller box to a better location.

You can see in the corners it doesn't line up perfectly, but other than that, everything bolted up the same as if it was the 14-21 years.

Debating if I should spend the money on fog kit or not. The current brackets are designed to be used with a diode dynamics kit.

Also moved the controller box to the top of the fuse box. Fits well and isn't going anywhere.

I love fog lights but I'm also weird that way. I feel like they complete the looks of the front of cars.

If it's got slots for fogs, it needs fogs.

You should add fogs. Or at least get some black plastic and blank off the holes. Between that and the holes on top, it looks like it's missing parts. Looks incomplete.

Holes up top are to access the winch - but ya, when you buy the bumper you can get parts to fill the outer gaps. When I contacted them they said they dont sell the plugs individually but would sell me Diode Dynamics SSC1 pods (6) and a SS3 pods (2) for $865.

Might just see if I can find someone to fab up some plugs for the sides or something. Not a huge fan of having the lights down there and having all the road debris hitting them from the tires all the time.

Just get some cardboard for the mockup and then cut it out of black ABS plastic sheets.

It is kind of weird how I would mount it. Not sure if plastic would work. Right inside the holes is a bunch of brackets where the current light brackets attach. I can mess around with it. Or even just go buy some thin metal and cut to shape and paint it with bed liner stuff.

Had a shop do transmission fluid and brake fluid. I did oil, plugs, air filter in and out, and serpentine belt. While in shop had them check over everything. Everything is good shape so should be good for a long time now.

I think I'm going to sell the cap and bedrug. With temp changes it's gathering a ton of moisture and locking it in the bed. Ruining the crap I keep in there.

Been an issue since I got it. Even when no rain or snow. If temps get low enough then warm enough, condensation. This gets the rug wet and it stays wet for days after. Getting rid of both the rug and top.

Must be pretty humid there. Wonder if you can vent the top, so it all escapes without allowing the rain in?

Or maybe you're just done with it all?

PS. I wish i had a topper for one of the Mighty Max's, so i could store more crap i don't need. lol.
