Lots more info to come. But I got two karts. That red one has been 120mph. I can’t even use that engine so it doesn’t really matter, but it’s got a crazy electronic set up and extreme brakes….lots of pics and questions honestly!

It was hooked to the 4 wheeler just to get it down the hill. Only control she had was turning. Yes she will get helmet, neck brace, a racing jacket and gloves. It’s all part of the rules and we will gladly do it. But she wasn’t doing anything but steering.

The red one

Push button start (that some reason doesn’t work he said)

MiSi is out of buisness now but have a lot of good racing creds from reading.

It also has a module logger
https://www.aim-sportline.com/en/out-of ... /index.htm

It also has a 4 piston brake caliper lol.

The gray one.

I know nothing of total concepts. I might try calling those numbers though.

Image
It doesn’t have any wheels.

It has the one earlier digital logger than the red one.

Two stand, two karts, lots of work ahead of me but it will be good.

I hate to honestly tear the red one up as it’s damn cool. I wanna get a bigger seat and drive it. Lol.

I was looking how much the kart stands cost and I think I am using that huge one wrong. I think it’s a double kart stand.

https://pointkarting.com/products/stree ... _jEALw_wcB

I also think I could sell it and almost make my money back. Lol

That’s 800 bucks plus shipping just for the kart stands.

Well these look like a lot of fun. Get those kids geared up too.

Do they have a governor for little ones, so they don't go full boar?

The USB dongle would look like this.

https://www.aim-sportline.com/en/out-of ... /index.htm

It might need the data hub for that. So probably not.

Deff geared up.

They have bolt on throttle limiters for the predator engines. So I could select 25,50,75% on them.

I did not get that. Wonder if I could buy it. What options would it give me?

I have a problem. Lol

Talked with someone that knows these motors today he has me take some pictures and talk with him. He went over what a rebuild would cost and what not. He said he would buy it as is for 200 or trade me a predator engine that was gone through to make right.

He said they were late 90’s or early 2000’s racers. So overall pretty cool.

Now he also told me where the karts serial stuff is.

Gray one

Red one.

Also got the data logging system on the gray one working.

12k rpm. Lol. That’s awesome.

The gray one has a better data logger, a push button starting system but no wheels.

The red one has a worse data logging system that will not turn on, better brakes, wheels, and an engine I can’t use.

I don’t know if I should swap the data logger to the red one (no idea how hard, might be same sensors so just a bolt) and swap the engine. Or find wheels for the gray one and swap the engine.

USB just gives you more datalogging capacity.

Look at the connection examples on the AIM site and see what sensors and modules you have to begin with. Then you'll know how hard it is to swap.
