So I'm basically 16ft long x2, 7.1 wide and 2 ft tall for tail gate and hood. And then around 6ft long and 7.1 wide for the rest of the hood.

Actually I'm going to use the 3m control tac, so it might, it sticks to almost anything lol
[thestealth] It's not every laborador-sized mammal that gets a damned APC named after it, but the Honey Badger isn't your typical member of the Mammalia class. He's a brutal, vicious killer who kicks asses, never backs down, never registers fear, destroys everything in its path and then adorably trots off into the sunset with his prey in his teeth and the severed nutsacks of his enemies still gripped between his dagger-like claws. It's a badass animal.

Can I have a test piece? I would love to do the whole thing in one solid thing.

I like the green/khaki better.

It looks like it belongs and that's what I love. But I can't find any in the white. I like the white better as it looks sharper and different. If the vinyl will stick I think I want the white. If it can't, then green will be the obvious choice.

Steve what's this gonna cost me?

Rough estimate based on the sizes you gave me about $500ish

I can handle that! Can you link me to a sample size somewhere so I can test it on the canvas I took off the back?

Dude! You didn't have to "standard overnight" it. Lol.

Anyways, cut it in half and applied half on the side of the vehicle and the other half on the cargo cover I have downstairs. I am going to give it a couple days of really cold and see what it does.

The cargo one actually seems to hold well, I would need something under it when applying like planks of wood as it wants to get pressed down really well (duh). But first impressions are good.

The vehicle I made sure to put it over some rivots, it doesn't really like those. Wondering if some heat would allow it to stretch over it correctly? It doesn't look bad, just looks like air bubbles. I was worried because the army paint isn't "smooth" but it doesn't seem to care.

This may be one of those things that I do the doors in vinyl as they are smaller and have reinforcement, while I leave the top alone as it will flap in the wind.

Well I deff don't think the top would stay as it moves to much. I think the doors will as they don't flap. So now we just need to figure out how much I actually need.

Hopefully this is coming to a close soon.

“David-

We confirmed with our Title Service that this one was included in the last shipment from Montana. We should receive the title in the office this week and I have already informed the team to pull that one immediately and process it out to you. Normally we send them Fedex 3 day, but I will have them ship this one out via overnight. Once it is processed and in the FedEx system you will get an email with the tracking number.

Thanks and hope you had a good holiday and Happy New Year!”

I drove the Humvee today, just really to burn a bunch of stuff and trash to the top. Man I love a Diesel engine! You all don’t understand the steepness of my driveway and this thing laughs at it while my Crv’s half shafts CRY. Lol.

That'll be cool. So you'll hopefully have it in a couple days?

Then the battle with the Tennessee DMV begins :greenlantern:

Yup, then a whole new battle starts. I’ve talked to enough people and seen some of these on the road, not worried. I’m more worried they will try to charge me tax again when it’s already paid.

The gov planet title came in...no where does it say “off road use only”. I sent a pic to Jeff...I should have no issues getting a title tomorrow since it doesn’t even say it.

Now I’m just worried about the sales tax I already paid and hope that’s not an issue.

6 MONTHS. Seriously almost 6 months to the day I bought it the humvee is now legal to drive on the road. Cost another 107 bucks (that’s standard tag and title fee) and had a couple questions about it but more like, color, is if a truck. Got a firefighter license plate and it ends in 007, haha.
