2007 Range Rover Sport Supercharged

Post by Mumbo »

My Buddy who is a tech at Land Rover just showed up at my office in a brand new, fresh off the truck Range Rover.

Pearl White with Camel leather interior. Fucking. Beautiful.

And I'll tell you, 120MPH feels like 30...

I need new undies...

Whenever you use forceful and overt verbal persuasion to try to convince others to see things your way, they're probably not listening to what you say, Instead they're looking for every error in you your logic and mistakes in your facts, all the while constructing counterarguments. Worse still, they don't merely believe you're wrong; they need you to be wrong in order to protect the status quo. And since the final judge exists in their own head, you lose every time. - The Influencer
Is the level of bullshit you have to go through to change things in a direction you want, less than than or equal than the level of current bullshit?

How much power? It'd be an interesting run for a Grand Cherokee SRT8.

Sorry, forgot about specs.

4.2l Supercharged V8 (BMW) - 390 horsepower
6-Speed Auto
Four Piston Brembo Brakes

From what I've seen, the SRT-8 Cherokee will run circles around this thing, just because of a greater power:weight ratio. The Range Rover weighs 5671lbs., with 390hp. The Jeep weighs 4819lbs, with 425hp.....

But I can guarantee you that the Land Rover will be 100x better on a long-ass trip than the jeep. And the air suspensions makes it handle like a car.

Is that by any chance the M60 or M62?

Haha, I love the SC Range Rovers too....they're massive, but they're awesome :D

I LOVE the SRT8s though, they just look mean. I'm a huge fan of Jeeps anyways though. My brother is selling his Z06 near the end of the year and he's trying to decide between the 335i and the SRT8. I can't decide which to tell him cause I like them both :p

I honestly prefer the look of the Trailblazer SS more, along with the fact the trailer hitch is still usable. But the SRT8 is pretty bad ass regardless. I think it's Hennessey that has a pretty mean upgrade package for it. Something like 550 hp.

Yeah, I think it's a 600hp package....supposed to beat 911 Turbos, etc. Yes please :p

And yeah, the SS is awesome too. I was in my friends Escalade EXT (400hp or something like that...whatever they are) and he floored it to get past this Trailblazer that was going slow on an entrance ramp to the freeway and I started laughing because the guy looked over and got mad (I had already seen it was an SS) so he got on it and passed us instead, haha.

N. O. NO. Those are not stock rims. And that one looks to be a 5-passenger model, which would make the retail $75,000 to start.
