IPS Quad tip exhaust

Installed one of these on a customer car this weekend. This was the system without the mufflers and is louder than running an open downpipe. Definitely would NOT recommend getting this if you drive your car on the freeway a lot... Don't get me wrong though. It definitely SOUNDS very cool.
I'm kind of disappointed in IPS for this product to be completely honest. For $850, all you really get is some stainless pipes, fancy tips, and (what looks to be) a borla resonator... This would explain the lack of pics of it on 3SI. I do have some I can post if someone can host.
Supposedly, fitament was tested before shipping, but a couple modifications to the pipes were needed to get everything to fit correctly.
The hanger on the drivers pipe was too short and would force the tips on that side to point too far towards the ground. It fit better on that side without using that hanger at all. I'd recommend IPS add another couple inches to that hanger. That same pipe also had a dent in the expanded end, and I needed to cut a couple slits into it in order to get it to slide over the "Y" section. Piece of cake if you have an air grinder.
The passenger side fit HORRIBLY. The tips stuck out an extra 2.5 inches compared to the driver side. So, once again, the air grinder had to come out in order to hack off about that much to the pipe on that side to get it to fit evenly.
On a lighter note, the tips look excellent and were definitely worth the wait. IPS also did NOT charge the customer for this exhaust until after it was finished which I must commend Jeff for. Many places take your money, then make you wait.
Overall, the customer seems to be pleased with his exhaust, and I believe he will be making an appearance at a local gathering this weekend to show it off.
