Until it doesn't
I haven't destroyed one yet and used it a dozen or so times. Gotten it extremely hot too. Ran long enough to get a cv axle stub glowing.

I have a sub $200 one in my amazon cart waiting for the next sale. I probably wouldnt use it as much as you more humid climate people.
