Kobalt 24v

Post by DCIV »

I have a lot of kobalt 24v stuff. The drill, the wet/dry vac, the USB adapter, and the blower.

My parents gave me 100 bucks for my bday to get a new kobalt tool.

I originally just asked them for the inflator. That’s 42 bucks from Lowe’s. Would be handy for filling up boat or truck tires when at the lake, or the lawn mower so I don’t have to fire up the compressor.

But…..

There are a handful of stuff I would also like.
The weed eater…would be nice to ditch the gas powered one I use.
The impact, so I can not always get the compressor.
The reciprocating saw, lost mine.
The circular saw, mine plugs in.
The huge room light, I could get the inflator and this.
The high volume inflator, always have to fill up a huge duck and floats.
The cordless pressure washer!

Thoughts?

Or do I get the dual battery stuff for the avalanche?
Or the vacuum that also heats and sprays cleaning solution for the cars?

I run the Dewalt Milwaukee and makita stuff. Get whatever you’ll use most.

Gonna try and talk this through.

A battery powered compressor would be nice, but I have a small compressor from HF I use.

The weed eater would be nice but mine does work and if it quits I don’t have to use bday money for a new one.

Impact would be nice, especially for upstairs where I have the tiny compressor.

I’ve needed the saw multiple times. Even had to borrow one.

The high volume inflator would be used twice a year.

The pressure washer I have but just not portable.

Now, the truck stuff would be nice but also should do the bigger alternator.

The vac I can buy without bday money.

So it comes down to a reciprocating saw or dual battery for the truck.
