Dura coating

You might have seen them on Facebook. As an Xmas gift I got their tire shine stuff. Suppose to put it on and be able to wash it and it still stay shinny. I hate tire stuff that flings on cars and only last till a good rain.

I did all the prep work and applied it today. Seems to be more of a mat shine, I have had more shine from other stuff. If I rub on the tire though this stuff is DRY. So far I like it. Will be real curious how long it lasts. I will say I liked the product enough to buy the stuff that gets rid of brake dust that’s been caked on. Mainly the avalanche wheels are horrible for it. I also bought the paint shine stuff they have that suppose to make the paint POP.

Will update.

Wouldn’t mind seeing pictures as I’m always a skeptic of these kinds of products.

I 1000000% agree with you, thus the Xmas gift. The only reason I didn’t post a pic was because I didn’t wash the car when I did the wheels. We are not suppose to wash vehicles at the fire hall anymore. So I just scrubbed down the wheels and did the coating. The car is filthy. I think I may wash it today. It said to let this stuff dry for something like 24-72 hours though so it may not be today.

I’ve Deff has some wipe on tire shine that was more shinny. Don’t get me wrong, this shines, but not as much. I’m really curious how it holds up as if it makes it so I never have to use the spray on stuff again I will be happy.

This tire coating I love. Been washing the car and tires and rain and they clean right up and stay shinny. I did two coats on the wife’s car and they shine better than mine. I scuffed one of mine and just put a little more on it, can’t even tell.

I’m sold so much on it I bought the huge detailers one of it as I’m gonna do the boat tires, my vrR tires, the truck tires. No silicone to get on you or sling off, doesn’t wash off or turn brown. Simply amazing.

Been waiting on your feedback before pulling the trigger. Looks like I need to make a small investment.

I think I have a 10% off code if you want it. It’s not as shiny as silicone but it’s stayed on for over a month through lots. I love it.

So 3 applications for $40. That sounds a bit steep.
