hey,
so my parents decided to take my firebird in to get the ac checked.
needless to say they want 850 to replace the compressor .. that would be the total for parts and labor. does anyone know where i can get this done cheaper?

figure another 2 hour almost for the recover/evacuate/recharge.

See if Pep Boys can sell you a remanufactured compressor
Provide me with a succulent cut of beef, and I'll install it
Then provide my brother with a small monetary bribe to install a new coolant charge
