Ceramic Coating Question

Do I need to coat my downpipe? Is it necessary? I will be doing the mani's and dump pipes but was curious to know if the downpipe is a part that requires coating.
ANY help would be great thanks.

I'm with Hannibal. There's so much air flow under the car, it'd be a waste of money.

Ok. Thanks for the tip guys. I'll be coating the mani's and dump pipes, but NOT the DP. Great to know.
