Your f250 has front and rear lockers. You’re just fine.

These are expensive but I really like the look of these:

And I still kind of want this:

Would be great for getting into the bed without needing to crawl onto the tailgate, looks better than stock chrome, and would provide extra back up lighting.

Headlights look good, but while the bumper looks good Rough Country builds crap products.

Depends on the product honestly from Rough Country. I have seen good things and bad things from them.

I steer clear of their products in general. They're the Amazon Basics of the off road world. Stealing others products and mass producing then with garbage quality in China.

Coworker has them on his. I thought it was a factory option. They're definitely not amp.
I'll have to look at them next time he brings it in

Meant front locking hubs. My bad.
You take the Escape. Not my cup of tea.

I think they were offered as a factory/dealer installed accessory

Re: Fix Or Repair Daily
Ordered a couple more random things such as this bullring retractable bed tie downs - should work with the bakflip since flush mount. Fixed my windshield washer nozzles. Sent out the cluster to get the mileage fixed. After I get back from my work trip I will hopefully have it back and will install that along with the new radio, speakers, amp, subs, and maybe backup camera. It has the one that is in the rear view mirror. I have a new in box license plates one that I might install as well and see what one I like better. Also toying around with the idea of a front camera as well. Really have grown to like the one on the Wilderness. Having tint installed that week I get back. We can go as dark at 20% here in WA, but not sure if I will go that dark or not. I want it to match the rear as much as possible but also don't want it so dark it causes problems traveling out of state.
Been going back and forth on exhaust too. It is almost too quiet. At time I enjoy it. Especially when just driving around doing errands. But other times I want a little bit of a growl/bark from it. Not talking super loud, but enough that if I put my foot down you can tell it is a V8 under the hood.

Re: Fix Or Repair Daily
Realized the front hubs were locked and not on auto yesterday as well. Never really took that hard of a look.
Switched them over the auto and I will see what happens. Was doing some reading and apparently there are times when the "shift on the fly" feature doesn't auto lock the front hubs correctly. They were REALLY hard to turn. Had to get out a pair of vice grips. Damaged the plastic a little bit but got them to turn. Going to blast them with lubricant and see if I can't get them to turn easier. Might look at eventually picking up some aftermarket higher end ones if these are going to be a problem.

24%
I could have sworn it was 35% so I went to check. I have 20% on my Maxima

Yea leave the hubs in auto. It just takes a couple rotations to fully engage. Leaving them locked manually will hurt gas mileage as you will be powering the front DS.

Because the seals fail and they'll start to engage at random.Chris GTO TT wrote: ↑Sat Jan 07, 2023 9:23 pmYeah. I don't know why people delete the IWE (auto hubs on F150s)
Personally I prefer to just fix them properly.
