Having just made a center console in MDF, it’s super easy to form out of cardboard and then cut out of MDF. Then easy enough for any real place to put some padding and vinyl over it. Or even carpet. It really wouldn’t take you all a couple hours.

Not going the MDF route. Would need to be OEM, or something similar like the Acura.

Ooh. This is cool.

I might have to think about getting one of those. I've got an OEM rear console section, but it's tiny and seems like it's made for someone 4 ft tall.

Decided to take on the task of making my A/C work again in the truck. It worked fine before the swap, and would only turn back on if i jumped the A/C relay to ground.

Now i freely admit im no electrician, or a pro at reading schematics, but its nearly 100 degrees outside and I need this to work properly.

I spent half the day getting intimate with my 90 RAM 50 Electric FSM and attempting to diagnose my issue. My problem is that I am trying to make a VR4 ecu work with wiring for a 90 MM. MM has two leads that power/control the unit while the VR4 has 3. They both also use different circuits to activate. Well in my diagnosing I realized that I only had 1 circuit connected to the ECU and needed to tie in the other one somewhere. Well before tying it in i decided to test it to ground. It sparked, so i touched it again, then....nothing.

Ive managed to short out the circuit. Checked all the fusible links in the diagram that I see and they are good. I also get power to the main AC relay which is good, but I now when I go to ground the pin that used to trigger the AC clutch before, I get nada. Not sure what I killed, so im pissed.

I thought I heard something make a click sound from under my dash when it went, but Im not sure. One step forward, two steps back.

Sorry about that Jeff.

Yeah I do this too when I have electrical stuff. I just invision him getting upset lol.

Do they not make any stand alone ac controllers like they do everything else? Maybe something to look into. As it’s just a high pressure sensor, low pressure sensor, and a on/off for the compressor. Everything else it shouldn’t care about.

I didn't mean to ignore you. I was up to my elbows in sanding crud from the Corvette splitter. I got sidetracked and forgot to reply :(

Don’t Sweat it. I made my own problem with this build and being on the outside in this scenario would be confusing as hell.

I figured you were with the family on a lake somewhere enjoying small talk and a cold one.

We had just seen Vira's family on Sat for our nephew's birthday. We don't really have anyone else we hang around with.

First Dyno for the Max and for me personally. A buddy of mine opened a new shop and wanted to see what the MM could do. This run was done with my base tune from about a year ago.

Factory 3.0L HP was around 146HP
Factory 3.8L Mivec for the Eclipse was 265HP

What do you guys think it has now...to the wheels?
