Re: Tundra
It is really bad. Lol. One of the reasons I was hesitant to ever even consider one.

Re: Tundra
Yeah I looked briefly at them and between the interior and the low payload it just wasn't trh truck for me.

Re: Tundra
Payload isn't awful but could be better. They do have a couple of mods you can do with the suspension to help. I'm done with the heavy shit anymore and will more than likely buy a trailer eventually for heavier stuff.
I might plastidip some of the interior stuff as a temp solution to see if I like it. If I do, once it peels, I'd probably do a more permanent solution.

Re: Tundra
Maybe try wrapping the parts? See if you can get a couple of spares on eBay and play with them at your leisure.
I think about all the things we could have done, all the miracles we could have achieved, if we were all just a little bit better than it turns out we are.

Maybe. I'm not too worried about the doors, vents, or dials. It's the dash and chrome bits around the gauges that annoy me. Lol

Re: Tundra
Wow that's crazy almost as crazy as Jeff
Re: Tundra
I'd argue that's significantly crazier than what I'm doing. I'm just going between trims in the same model year.
That'd be more like if I put the 21+ interior in.

Re: Tundra
Couple of more minor maintenance/upgrades coming soon. Ended up ordering some speakers for to replace the factory JBLs since I was able to get some on a great deal and also new shocks coming in. The bushings are pretty shot and looks like original oem on there now so ordered some new coils/shocks for the front and new shocks for the rear. While at it figured I would do a minor lift since wasn't much more $ vs just getting shocks, so will have a 2-3" on front and 1-2" in the rear. Will give a bit more room for the larger than stock tires I put on.

Want a cookie? I’ll be impressed when you know what trump is doing next.
Dude mods more cars than any of us. I’m impressed.

Re: Tundra
Ran the sub last night. That alone made a world of difference. New speakers - front and rear lower doors, front upper, factory sub, dash sides, dash center - will all be here later today. Will install those this evening probably. The ToyTec shocks/lift will be here Monday. Was going between them, a fox kit, or bilstein, but was able to get a good discount on the ToyTec from a Tundra forum member, plus free shipping. So ended up being almost half the cost of what a fox system would have been.
