I talked to one the buddies at work, he told me the letters to write back in the front under the head lights. One means I’m a dangerous 6 and the other will mean caption.

I have a project for it though...new thread

On the front of my Humvee. Under each headlight, there are (for lack of knowing) call signs. But they are letters and numbers that have meaning. Part of it being de-militarized those were taken off/colored over. A guy at work has told me what to put back in its place, more or less to be funny for anyone that knows how to read them.

Now it makes sense. Sounds like a fun idea.
I think about all the things we could have done, all the miracles we could have achieved, if we were all just a little bit better than it turns out we are.

Can someone tell me why this went so high? Engine has rod knock and can’t be started, doesn’t have any of the top or doors, has the less desirable enigine. Maybe I am missing something.

I think prices are sky rocketing. I hadn’t watched prices recently but this is about 1 year since I bought mine so I checked a few out and holy poop. One is worse condition than mine but close brought in 10k.

I wonder if maybe the supply of available units is falling?

I know there was a set amount. I wonder where I can find out how many have been sold. It has crossed my mind to sell mine and double my money. That would be nice. But I would still need a 4x4 pick up.

That would net me around 80-85k. I'd turn right around and buy a Grand Sport and invest the rest. It's not quite the same situation :p

I'd hang onto it for a while and let the supply really dry up.

Especially since Coop's is already registered. A private buyer wouldn't have to deal with all the paperwork hassles he did. That could be worth some good money in itself.

Hang onto it until you actually need to sell it or the prices go completely nuts.
