The baby? Probably. The fully grown version? Not likely!

We're definitely amongst the 'poors' here, but at least we don't have 1500 a month payments like some of these people do :)

I am always amazed how much people have in trucks, boats, rv's, heck side by sides. I don’t know if I am just poor, or others have family money, or maybe they don’t pay much on a house but it makes me question my own money.

Nice truck though. Is they a weight distributor hitch? Which one?

Same truck I've had since the beginning of this thread. Yes you're supposed to use one with pretty much every travel trailer. This one is a Husky center line. A neighbor has offered me his Anderson Hitch for free so I'll give that a shot too.

That's an awful lot of concrete for "camping".

Is that a house in the background of the 2nd pic? Right above the cab on your truck? I'm pretty sure that's someone's house.

It's a KOA so not out in bfe lol

Yeah it's on the KOA property so probably the original owners house or something like that.

Yeah didn’t think you got a new truck. Just still like it.

I believe mine is a Reece, I like it but have seen some better attachments for the arms to the trailer that I like. Curious if I can do that with mine.

That is cool, then you could find exactly the best spot. But you could get one of those balls that show the weight as well and figured it out, then put on a better ball?

Also, does anyone make some sort of self lube ball?

Not really, the scale tells you the dead weight. Then you set the bars up and use the adjustment bolt to dial in the distributed weight the app tells you.

Yeah I have one of their standard hitches and it's awesome for our car trailer really let's you get the car on the trailer in the right place. It's awesome.

On this trip before hitching up with my weight distribution hitch I dropped all tongue weight on to my weighsafe hitch and I have just a hair over 700lbs tongue weight when I'm loaded up and ready to go for a long weekend.

speaking of cams. The one in my subaru works great. The one is the forester is the same one but having trouble keeping power. Have one sitting on my work bench I need to install in my truck. Might try and do that tomorrow night or Friday morning if I have time before I take it to salem.

The city I live in is maybe 10 minutes from the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. While the Sacramento/San Joaquin Valley is really flat you're never more than about an hour from either the Coastal Range or the Sierra Nevada.
