Ive changed the fuel pump and it sucked. Only because you cannot drain the plastic tank. Oh, the fumbling and workout that ensued.

Jeff i would look at injectors first, but it sounds like its a pain to gain access. Not a bad job for $90 and all new injectors though.[/quote]

I changed one on my old green XJ. Straps holding the tank were so rusted I didn't trust dropping it so I just cut a hole in the back and gained access from inside the jeep.

At 170k I would think about changing injectors just out of pure maintenance, and replacing anything else I could while I was in there.

2 straps tied to 2 bolts. Couple fuel and vent lines. It wasn’t too bad. Just needed to be empty and it would have been worlds different.

Not sure I would want a hole for condensation, exhaust fumes, etc working their way through the cab.

We'll talk about it on May 20 after the reveal.

Considering that GM hasn't built any electric vehicle with anywhere near the power that is being talked about, I'd steer clear of the 1st generation of that.

Have to hand it to them to at least attempt to build something capable and innovative off that platform.

And it’s kind of like, all you red necks that love hummers...now you have to accept electric lol.

I look forward to what they do but I doubt it will be in any sort of price range that’s affordable.

Whenever you use forceful and overt verbal persuasion to try to convince others to see things your way, they're probably not listening to what you say, Instead they're looking for every error in you your logic and mistakes in your facts, all the while constructing counterarguments. Worse still, they don't merely believe you're wrong; they need you to be wrong in order to protect the status quo. And since the final judge exists in their own head, you lose every time. - The Influencer

If they build this thing on the full size pickup platform, it's going to be huge and thus, heavy. Which would make that 0-60 time absolutely insane. For comparison, the C8 is rated at 2.9 sec. My car is rated at 3.8.

I had to look up the jeep 0-60 just because. 8.9. Lol. I bet mine is even slower.

In other news, did you get the misfire figured out yet?
