Drove all the way into Sacramento (about 30 minutes) for a 2012 GX460 and someone started the process of buying it while I was test driving it. They literally sold it out from under my ass. All they told me was another appointment was scheduled for 12:30 and I got there at 12:20.

That's bullshit. We never did that at the dealer I worked at. If someone was driving it, no one could buy it.
