Both the brembos and Those will be plenty fine unless your driving the ever living piss out of it.ChargerX3 wrote: ↑Thu Jun 26, 2025 9:24 pmThanks for sharing that. I like the price and that its a simple solution, but how well does it stack up compared to OEM Brembo.aaronatstate wrote: ↑Thu Jun 26, 2025 8:15 pm https://www.buybrakes.com/centric-226.6 ... Also, i hardly go through regular rotors. What makes you all think ill need to with the Brembos?
All the Redeyes were auto right?ChargerX3 wrote: ↑Thu Jun 26, 2025 11:19 pm The Details:
- 2019 Dodge Challenger Hellcat Redeye Widebody
- Roughly 3,353 Redeye Widebodies made that year (globally). I believe 141 were Go-Mango Orange. Its my favorite color although there are some other that are great like Sublime, Plum Crazy, and B5 blue.
- 4,020 miles on the odometer
- Original tires with good life and no rubber attached to the fender or underneath, so I'm optimistic.

717hp Hellcats could be had in Manual but not the 797 HP Redeyes. All 8 speed autos.aaronatstate wrote: ↑Thu Jun 26, 2025 11:27 pmAll the Redeyes were auto right?ChargerX3 wrote: ↑Thu Jun 26, 2025 11:19 pm The Details:

Is there anything that can be done to prevent the HEMI tick?

Info on Hemi Tic: While the term "Hemi tick" is often associated with Chrysler's Hemi engines, including those in Hellcats, it's a bit of a misnomer in the context of the Hellcat engine. The "Hemi tick" typically refers to a ticking sound caused by the MDS (Multi-Displacement System) found in some Hemi engines, which is not present in Hellcats.
Haha she would. That one is still so new i haven't finalized registering it.
Wasn't his a 1st gen 2015/16? Although not terrible those are the ones to stay away from.aaronatstate wrote: ↑Fri Jun 27, 2025 3:10 amYes, but I’m pretty sure hellcat engines have lifter issues too. I love Plum Crazy as well. My favorite "darker" color for sure.alienviking wrote: ↑Fri Jun 27, 2025 2:54 pm I'm partial to Plum Crazy myself (just something about that color speaks to me) but glad you got the one you wanted! Congrats![]()

Oh probably true! I tried to convince my wife for a bit to get the hellcat Durango. She wouldn’t go for itChargerX3 wrote: ↑Fri Jun 27, 2025 3:56 pmWasn't his a 1st gen 2015/16?
