The back seat flips over to give storage. Well that wood rotted. I tried to just do a work around to make it work but I ended up having to replace the wood. Thought it would be easy as taking the staples out, making a pattern, drilling some holes and reattaching. And it was….but it wasn’t.
First the other one had so many staples it looked like one touched the other.
Second I got the wood and traced it, but my skill saw wasn’t long enough for my extension so I had to move everything.
Third the bolts that was going into the anchors, that you basically sit on, were too long so I had to cut those.
Then line up the new wood, mark the holes. Drill them out. But when I did it I had it backwards so nothing lined up and I didn’t get the side I wanted. And this was after setting the anchors. So I had to take them out and flip it around.
Then had to staple it on the new plastic wood. Had stainless steel staples. But apparently I bought the cheap ones as they wouldn’t stay together and would come apart and make it so I could only use a couple staples out of each group, jam up, redo, jam up.
Just one thing after another on every step. It was exhausting.
It’s done though.

Battery keeps dying. I had to tow. It up to the top of the hill with the 4 wheeler and engine lift chain.
I’m installing a plug for a trickle charger. It might and prob just needs a new battery.
