ACDelco Gold 42 month - $160 at dealer. Not too bad. Picking it up tomorrow.

Have some lift pucks arriving today that can be permanently installed as well as new hatch struts and a retractable license plate holder for the front end. Already put in the new cabin filter.

Ordered a set of quickjacks since they are $250 off right now and have been wanting a set for a long time now.

Waiting for black friday deals to get the headlights and see if exhaust goes on sale. Wheels/tires - not in a huge rush on those. Ideally by spring but keeping an eye out for rebates or sales as well.

Still need to schedule tint.

Yay - my hatch now holds itself up!

Quickjacks already shipped so those will be here soon. Need to get the front end off the ground to install the license plate bracket I purchased. Allows for easy removal/hiding for shows/events/races. There is a local drag strip I might check out eventually. Intake should be here next week or the week after. Then if weather stays ok enough, I will go get the tint.

Also installed the lift pucks today.

I know you can't really see them in the 2nd pic, but if you look real hard you can.

Looking fancy. I always like the first month or so of buying a car and modding it out to my comfort level.

I kind of mentioned this in chat, but I think I am going to keep my current wheels. Black and dark gray just doesn't look right in the any of the pictures I have seen. These are ZR1 replicas. Only things that look better are some machined or polished ones, but for the cost they are truly no that much of an improvement in my eyes.

Run em. Chrome and silver work well with some black accents.

Think I said it before.. really not a chrome fan but those don't look bad at all. I'd definitely keep them for now. Too much money to drop without being absolutely sure - keep them and see how you feel a year from now.

I've thought about that. Did some photoshop using different colors and nothing really stood out to be better than anything else. Lol.

I can't make up my mind either. Fortunately I more or less like what I have. I'll just wait until they crack. Seems like it's inevitable. At least you shouldn't have that problem.

New battery is in. Probably the easiest battery I've ever swapped.

Decided to spend a little and ordered a set of LS9 plugs and new wires since not sure how hard this was ran before. Supposed to be swapped at 100k and it is at 65k. Just cheap insurance if you ask me. $100 after tax/shipping for all plugs/wires. Not too bad.

I usually like to run half the service interval for plugs anyway, especially if you actually use the vehicle for more than just putting down the highway

LS parts are like Lego's, so that means you get low cost OE parts

Trying to decide if I like the zr1 spoiler or not. Going to get new headlights and side markers which will be dark/black and tint the windows so trying to think if I'd want more black at the rear.
