The Shootout is this weekend? Crap, I'm in Cleveland through Thursday night and then headed home. Too late to change plans...

I could, but it would cost me at home. Lol. Shootout is a lot more fun with a car there, and the Spyder is still in pieces. Maybe I'd do it next year though, should be even more bad-ass than it was before. :) I haven't been to the Shootout for quite a while now, but have a few nice trophies from way-back-when.

I'm here on business at one of our yearly conferences. Went to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame last night, Indians vs White Sox game tonight.

I have my son's karate graduation on Friday night, and plans with my sister's family on Saturday - so not really a good time for extending my trip. :(

I saw the run. It was a good one and the quickest 3s that ran lol.

People need to quit breaking and spinning out though. Watching the autocross now. We'll was watching it but a 2g blew a transfer line or something and oiled down a section of the course and they've been cleaning up for 45 minutes to an hour now.

Backed it up with a 10.05 at 137.8 during the day yesterday. 9.98 ties for 6th quickest 3S. Also ties the quickest single turbo 3S. Need to send Matt M the info so he can update the list :D

Thanks guys :D

Yeah I wouldn't mind seeing vid. Englertfamily at gmail is my email.

I qualified mid pack for quick32 which is the unlimited class for dsms and evo race cars that weight 800-1000lbs less than my car. Random pairing for 1st round eliminations.

I'll send the vid to you tomorrow. Unfortunately I had to bail at 3 so I only got to see first round of pro rwd eliminations. Would have liked to see at least the first round of quick 32 to see how you and Kevin Collins did, but with eliminations being 2 hours behind, things just didn't work out that way.

Thanks for vid. I'll check it out.

I won my first round of eliminations but the other guy broke. I turned up the boost from 35 to 45psi. My map wasn't perfect since I hadn't run that much before and it leaned out enough to hit my engine safety fuel cut before the 60ft. Still hit 1.51.

Got back in it in 1st and hit fuel cut again. Shifted to 2nd and I blew a coupler off once it hit 43psi. It was f'n fast though. Unfortunately we had to head home since we have 7hr drive and I am leaving now for a week of business travel. Someone got a nice bye run.

Although disappointed that I didn't get a clean run with decent power it was a great weekend. Hung with good friends. Made plenty of new ones. Put down respectable times and drove itself up the trailer. I built the engine and Trans myself. Including oringing the block to run an eBay composite head gasket that held 45 psi and approx 750+awhp.

It drove to and from hotel and track 10 miles each way all week. Had some highway fun with a DSM. Launched the shit out of it on the street and track. Ran errands with two additional guys stuffed in. Maybe some more highway fun. ;) Full glass. Stock fog lights. :D Full interior. Ran 9's. Still runs.

I was trying to make it over to the pits to find you but nothing went right this weekend for us. I'm sitting here trying to eat my lunch but when I get home and have time I'll have to tell of some of the weekends adventures.

The Facebook experts haven't said a peep on my timeslip post.

I'm just glad we had fun and the car hit the 9 as I had expected. Made it more fun was that it was the first pass. Had I not turned up the boost it would have just kept clicking off 9.9-10.0.
