Here's my old Avalanche. They gave us $15,000 and now are selling it for $21k. I think that's a bit high, but it really is a nice truck.

That is cheaper than what I would expect to pay out here for a west coast truck.

I am going to daily the XJ once I unload the Volt. Probably next week.

Then in May I will look at things depending on what jobs are doing and what the wife wants to do with her Kia. She really wants something with AWD so might be giving it back and leasing something else, or might take the XJ. If she does I will be looking at trucks again. However more than likely it will end up being a F150.

Been comparing numbers since unloading this.

$40/month less on electric bill
$45/month less on insurance
$80/month more on fuel.

So I'm breaking about even if you don't count the money I spent on repairs.

However sold the car for $9k, bought truck for 6. Put about $3k into it total so far.

So I'm about even overall.
