At least I'm comfortable and really enjoy driving it.

Noise is from passenger side rear upper shock mount. I'll tighten them all up tomorrow to make sure.

If that doesn't fix it my guess might be rear ujoint. The sound seems to be coming from shock but only if you rock the truck forward and back. Nothing if you bounce the bed.

Lol. It's the rear leaf spring.
This little puck thing.
It pops/cracks as the leaf spring compresses.

Fed emissions. Nice.

What the hell is the difference between a federal and California emissions anyway on a truck like mine?

16.2 mpg with bed cover and keeping rpms under 3k as much as possible while driving to/from work and the gym.
Still need to eventually upgrade the alternator but have the cb and everything installed now.
Might look into putting a led light bar behind the grille.
Still love driving it. Only thing I wish it has was a bit more passing power. Lots of torque down low, but above 45 or so mph not much get up and go.

That's pretty good. A little better than my exploder does in mixed driving.

Also been pricing out new transmissions out of curiosity. About $2k for a modified one that can handle 700 hp. Not as much as I thought.

Helps to take country roads to/from work. I take 10 to 219 into hillsboro. Average 55 mph and only a few stops.

I don't have any fog lights or led bars on it yet. Would like something and I really like how much light you get from led bars. Had them on the jeep and work trucks.

Meh. I'd say he's going to actually use them for what they are intended for.
As long as you don't drive with them on on the street, I don't care if people have light bars.

I use them for back country roads at night or on dirt roads in state parks at night. Never city or main roads.
I like the idea of those lights, but $300 is a bit steep.

Find something similar on eBay. Do like I do and just convince yourself it’s a temporary thing, then never bother to upgrade because it does the job and lasts lol. My eBay light bar on the forester was like $70 and is still working 3 years later.

This.
Yes the eBay probably has a shorter lifetime in terms of total hours it will run, but lets be honest since the lights won't be on constantly, it's not something that would be an issue.

Sw does make nice stuff though for that money I would take a look at arh.

Any reason for arh over SW? Almost exactly the same price.

In the mustang world they're both good but arh seems to be just a little better on fitment and build.
I can't comment on gm stuff.
