The other thing that's super annoying here is people pace you, doesn't matter the speed really. If I got 10 under, they go 10 under next to me, if I go 20 over, they go 20 over. I think it's probably because where their parents are teaching them to drive, they just teach them to keep up with traffic, and so they just pace.

Here it's either way under the speed limit or way over. Other than that the drivers here are better than I was dealing with around portland.

Most annoying thing for me though is when someone pulls out in front of me and then goes way under the limit. I usually travel 5-10 over. I'm ok going a couple under if need be. But going like 30 in a 45 my head wants to explode.

Apparently there are bad drivers everywhere. It's worse in Indianapolis than in the smaller towns. I have nothing to offer in the way of opinions on the Ranger, except I like how they look. Lol. I was actually thinking about checking out the Maverick. I don't do any driving off road, but having a bed would be nice.
