A battery is the last thing you should worry about. You need to go over that whole car before even thinking about applying power to it.

I am open to suggestions. But here is what I was thinking.
Drain oil.
Put in 10-30 with some diesel.
Spray and take out spark plugs.
Inspect battery wire and instal battery.
Do compression test.
Drain oil and put in new fresh.
Change the rest of the fluids.
All this time I’m going to be trying to clean the fuel tank, fuel filter, and all those parts.
Then try and start it.

I'd inspect all the wiring first. There's a good chance rodents have chewed at least somewhere in all those years.
Are there even fuses on a Model A?

Don't forget that you need a 6V battery in there too. Don't hook up any of your 12V stuff.

Still smells. Round 2, same thing. If this doesn’t work, then I will roll out the model A and put it inside the car.
