Looking at comparable 2500s across the country and this seems a bit high for a rebuilt title. Wonder if I should go look at it anyway and if in good shape (need to find a local mechanic I can trust), low ball them and see what they say.

Totally. That’s kind of high but trucks are right now. But there arnt many 2500’s you gonna find under 10 that arnt just beat to death.

Can anyone look up this vin on auction sites to see if it shows previous damage? 3GNGK23G23G130690

Copart website denies me access of even looking at the website to check that.

From what I can see when googling images of the vin it looks like just the steering column was all fucked up but can't see any other damage?

That 8.1 is the only one I am finding around here. Can't find any in pickup form with the Allison.

I'm not an expert on them but it seems that all the 8.1 got the Allison transmission. They're kind hard to find how not all haggard out. The earliest ones are over 20 years old now.

It looks like it was done with a rattle can.
I think about all the things we could have done, all the miracles we could have achieved, if we were all just a little bit better than it turns out we are.
7.3 f250

But I agree with Matt. Rental at 500 a few times a year is cheaper than 5-700 12x a year.
There are a LOT of 7.3 F250 and 350 available.

That seems unusually cheap. That's like a 20k truck here.

Lot of 2wd ones around here well under 20k. 4x4 and usually upper teens into 20s. That one I posted is low.

Didn’t you have a truck? Sell it for what you have? Only to need a truck again?

Here is an idea. Just pay a moving company…one time, done.
