My main issue with my nb Miata was room for my knee between the door handle and the steering wheel when clutching out. Not sure how that would work on a rhd car, but I had to install aftermarket door cards to even be able to drive the nb. My mr2 was fine though. I know I thought my mr2 was small but I think the kei cars a whole order of magnitude smaller.

Yea leg and head room were my digest concern when purchasing. Surprisingly both work out. For head room I have to be fully pushed and layer back to fit with 2” above my head. I also still have a great line of sight out the window.
Legs and feet are comfortable as well thanks to deep and fairly wide leg tunnels. The dash is nice as it doesn’t protrude out. The budgets surprise is that the steering wheel not only adjustable up and down but also telescopic. That allows me to jam it all the way up and out to clear my legs.
The one thing I don’t care for is the inside door grab bars. They are large and jam into your thigh. I think I have an easy solution for that though.
I’ll try and get a picture to show you the interior layout.

Probably fit even more comfortable than me if you have a narrower build.

Took some pictures this AM in the garage. Lighting isn't the greatest inside the car. My left leg will go further over once i remove the turbo timer that is attached to the inside of the center console. Honestly dont know why that thing is needed let alone against your leg.
Drivers door. See that inconvenient grab bar?

Lol, that is funny timing. Glad im getting in before the rush.
I cant believe he didn't take time to properly lower the rear window. It goes all the way down. He just needed to take a second and realize there is a small latch between the window piece and the upper support bar that he needed to turn.
Go back to my first post to see the top all the way down.
He missed quite a few features that would have been nice as well. Ill share them as i start to dive into this journey.

Update:
A couple weeks back i got the car to run. Apparently it just needed some Ether and some time. Lifters were collapsed, so i ran the car for about an hour until they primed back up.
My problem is that with the leak down test the front cylinder comes back in the Good range while the back two cylinders are right on the cusp of poor. Im certain he smacked those valves.
The good news is that she runs with no codes or leaks, so now I can focus on swapping out the valves in the head. Oh the the head valves are between $40-50 a valve before shipping from Japan. Good thing there are only 12. Eeek. Might be a week or two before I see them. Vendor still have to verify my hefty order of 39 parts.

I am so out of the loop. I would want to put a motor cycle engine in this and make it stupid. Lol

Yea you have been gone too long. There are a couple Hyabusa swaps out there that are lit. I’m not looking for that kind of crazy….yet.

All 39 items of my order verified, but now need to wait for them to compile and give shipping estimates.
Man this weeks weather is projected to be very nice. I sure hope these start rolling in soon.

So the Cappuccino came with some aftermarket lug nuts. One of which is locking, but had no key to remove it. Tried a lot of sockets of different sizes and points, but to no avail. Even purchased a kit with 16 common lock removal keys. Nope
Then there were these...
21mm did the trick. Made its very easy to extract. Highly recommend if you get in a bind.

No I used MegaZip. It seemed to be the most popular route.
