Jay Emm has got his audio down. His video is pretty damn good too. I wish a few other people would take some hints from him. Especially Shmee. Shmee's in-car audio is universally atrocious.



To be fair, Jay was a professional cinematographer in his prior life. But it still doesn't seem like it's something that's that hard to get right.

Shmee’s voice just gets to me lol. I still subscribe to him though. I haven’t watched Jay Emm, but he’s on the list now.

Great work Greg. Loaded with drone, go-pro, slide rail shots and some time laps.

I would say that judging by the first couple minutes I thought this was going to be an outdoor nature vid. Then it shifts slowly into a Honda Ridgeline repair. Two subjects that are difficult to segway. Maybe if that intro was shorter it would feel less noticeable. Beautiful work nonetheless.

The walkthrough was great. I like how you kept the camera rolling for most of the disassembly. There were some spots where we probably could have used your vocal walkthrough more. I do like how you input most of the parts/ assembly info via text but that could have as easily been explained. I know it’s easy for me to say after the fact. You have a good voice so why not use it more.

Ok what’s with the big hole in the top of the one barn? I just noticed it. Rooster touch was great. I also like how you even showed your mistakes. Adds a human feel.

All in all it’s great. Subscribed.

PS when is this going to showcase a 3s?

Both the garage and the silver shed are about to fall down... they’re very old buildings that weren’t built correctly.

Waiting on the county to resurvey our property then both buildings are getting torn down for the new garage.

The intro is supposed to be a way to introduce the scene. Like you’re talking/flying to me in the beginning. The girl felt the intro was too long too but the idea is to get people to watch for different reasons.

Wow!!! Almost 40 subscribers to White Rooster in just a week! Very exciting!!! Didn’t think the channel would grow this fast.

Just be careful with long intros that have nothing to do with the “meat” of your video. And I wouldn’t focus too much on trying to appease too many bases. In doing so your content will please one group while distancing another.

Finally got part two of my video finished. Here I tackle the rear wheel bearings, trailing arms and suspension.

I like it. Much more light spirited. Very much 90's theme with TacoBell, 90's timestamp video and, "what is love" SNL skit. Fun combo.

Took a while but finally upgraded this.

This was all filmed back in late May but there were so many issues I gave up on it. Issues working on the truck, issues with filming, issues with trying to get my laptop to render.... Finally came back after a few months with a fresh mind and the new PC and was able to put something together out of all the film. Tried to keep it short and light.
