What's wrong with cloth seats?

Hans - I wrote out a little story on the air box, but my modem crashed, so you get the short version. The idiots that made it built it on top of all the wiring. On my way home from the dyno, the aluminium sheared thru the power supply, shutting the car down and in turn, started a fire! Ended up cutting part of the box away. I'll be getting a new box made with the turbo upgrade too!

That's pretty crazy dude.

Your telling me! I'm driving at around 40 mph in traffic, no power, heavy assed steering and seeing smoke belching out of my hood. I was a little tense!

I guess they don't believe in rubber trim on the air box edges. Sorry to hear that. Electrical fires aren't fun.

And it was in a kind of dodgy area. Funny ending to the story, I rolled to a stop and lifted the hood to see the fire. I looked up and saw a hose and went to get it. A guy pulls over and comes to my car to help, reaches in the back seat and grabs a rag out and puts the fire out. Old Quick Think McGraw saved the day. I thanked him and he left. Then I was like, "hang on a sec. There were no rags in my car. The only thing back there was my brand new Ralliart jack...... OH HELL NO"! I pull out my new jacket, and sure enough, burn marks around the colar. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! I actually remember not being mad. I was like, dude, your car is NOT on fire, and the Ralliart jacket is still ok to wear. We did alright out of this situation.
