I don't care about mpg in terms of money spent. Just would be nice for longer trips to not fill up as much. Especially when in rural off road areas. Bigger tank means I can explore more without needing to think about gas as much.

And I spent very little money on this tundra compared to the other truck owners on here. It's also my daily. I think coop is the only one with maybe a cheaper full size truck?

A lot depends on what you're towing. A travel trailer gets far worse mpg than a flat bed car trailer of similar weight.

PS. coming from a 34 gal tank Ram owner. :)
And what mpg do you get? Yeah. More than me.

I get about 20mpg highway and 17mpg mixed. I don't tow that often, but when i do its a car trailer and I may see 2mpg drop but its not bad, but then again im not doing 80mph, its probably closer to 65 mph.

I know most of you all don't give a shit about car audio, but this made a world of difference in the sound quality in the truck. Still need to keep fine-tuning it, but so far it is so so so so so much nicer.

Before: Powered 8" and factory 8" - anything above mild bass would distort and had a bad echo/tinny sound.

So I picked up a Rockford Fosgate amp and a 12" Kicker w/ 12" passive radiator during a memorial day sale through Crutchfield. I have a similar 10" set up in the vette.

That's what a covered bed with a cap and carpet is for. Lol. That is also exactly where the factory sub was so no lost space for me.

I like my under seat storage though. I also don't leave much if anything in the bed of my truck because I don't like it sliding around.

If you pack it right and use boards, shit doesn't slide around. Lol.

While I was already dirty working on the vette I decided to install something so I don't feel like I'm going to roll over on every bend.

I was looking at the Helwig one for my truck since it's supposed to help with stability when towing. However, at $650 I'm not sure I'm interested in that kind of money.
