My SVT Focus remains the best all around car I've ever owned. It was quick enough, fairly fuel efficient, very practical, a blast to drive, and I could get on it without doing zero-to-felony in under 3 seconds.
This is how I felt about my ST, and now my RS. Best all around cars I've owned.

Yep. Same goes for 2 wheels. I am having far more fun frankly on the slow scooter (top speed 65) than I had most of the time on the Ducati. I never went wide open on that.. sure I had it into "OMFG if I get pulled over now I am in trouble" speeds but you just can't open a thing like that up on the road.

The scooter? Hell it has two settings - on and off haha. I can be a total hooligan on it and not care.. and I am laughing the entire way.

My escape is nice as well. Not quite the gas mileage but it was quick and peppy and just easy to drive. Small cars are very under rated.

I secretly want an RS. How have the newer ones been reliability wise?

An Escape is not a small car

I feel like it is. Would you call it mid size?

It's a mid-size crossover.

Midsize? I think blazer is midsize and I’m way smaller than that!

I think the Escape is actually a compact crossover, since it's based on the Focus, and the Edge is the midsize. Still the Escape's I've driven are FAR from a fun/engaging vehicle.

That makes it more fun to say?

I’m sure the focus is more fun. But from a crv it’s loads of fun. It’s all what you have come from and going to. Now is it vr4 fun, heck no. But it’s a great jump up from crv.

Can I just pick one? Both seems overkill.

The RS is more fun to drive than my Stealth with DR650s at 25psi...And sorry but the Escape is not at all a fun car, even for an crossover.

I mean if you read the Facebook group, terrible  But that is the Facebook group.

I have 37,000 miles on mine, and there are plenty with 100k on them now. Really the majority of ones that blow up are modified ones, or people lugging the engine, which the engine is sensitive too. Also have to make sure the head gasket was done on builds before July 1st 2017.

So, I don’t know if you know this…but different people find different things fun. I find mine fun. Just like, while I would own one, stealths are not as cool as Vr4’s. I bet you would disagree.

Or someone who can’t understand fun is relative to user.
