When we all agree on something, you know it's a pretty big deal.
I think about all the things we could have done, all the miracles we could have achieved, if we were all just a little bit better than it turns out we are.

Now all we need to do is abolish all governments and invent warp drive and we are set.

Damnit. I hate when you all are right. It means I’ve gotta do it.

Just kidding.
You are talking about putting a strut tower brace. On a Ford Escape. A SUV. That you daily.

I am pretty sure everyone here would have the same thoughts on that matter.
Gonna have to agree

I really do love the escape with the 2.0. You jump on it and it goes, great gas mileage, and decent handling.

I am curious how it does in the snow with all seasons as my CRV was just amazing in the snow and I have a feeling this will not be as good.

Don't listen to the naysayers, go for it! It will make your suv handle just like a GTR for a fraction of the price!

Again. Some platforms swear by them. Being my first ford, didn’t know if they helped them.

Noticed today, inner side of one rear tire is wearing badly. Some focus guys talk about bad rear camber and ford spec being so wide it can still eat tires. No real factory settings to speak of.

Don’t quite know what I’m gonna do about it. Rear adjustable toe bolts? Thought?

Find an alignment shop who will actually set alignment correctly, and not just "in the green."

Tire place said the tow was out. We will see. I don’t buy they did their job as the rear tire has been on the rear for 5k miles, all other tires looked fine, so I feel the issue was in the rear and they said no.

At 109k now. Did an oil change and the trans drain/refill again. They said I should do it twice the first time but I just did it once and now once again. It’s pretty simple, so I will prob do it once a year. 3L out, 3L back in.

Going to do the radiator fluid after we put the little girl down. Would do it now but it’s still a little warm. That and I’m dreading it but apparently the water pump will thank me.

Got the coolant done last night, drove it a couple places this morning, didn’t need to too anything off. Gonna keep the coolant in the vehicle for a couple of days to make sure but it seems to be okay. Now to just clean up the floor and put on the under shield.

The shift from 1-2 is so smooth and quick that I don’t even know it’s happening. I can’t remember what it did before. Odd thing to be worried about but I thought I should be able to at least notice it.

Thoughts?

Modified a tools and got the fill bolt out. Then sucked a lot of fluid out, honestly it looked fine at 100k so either mines been changed or others are just different, then filled it back up with shockproof. Overall wasn’t horrible, just gear oil stinks.

Go to Costco. Better battery construction and great price.
