In Ford's aggressive cost cutting (in concert with their aggressive price increases) they deleted the little LCD display for the dual climate control, but it's easily retrofitted to my truck... https://www.tascaparts.com/oem-parts/fo ... dhcw%3D%3D

I’m ok with this cost down honestly. The temp shows up in the sync screen anytime you adjust it anyway, and it’s in the top corners as well (or at least can be configured that way) so really no need for that LCD :dontknow:

I’d spend the $100 on something else.

My regular license plates came in the mail today, I have yet to receive anything from Ford Finance... I thought business was supposed to be faster than government :chin:

Got the bed liner and a tonneau cover installed yesterday. I also finally took some interior pictures to share.

We went to a brewery yesterday afternoon and there was a Black Appearance Package Avalanche truck there so I parked next to it

That's pretty cool. Your truck looks really good. So much more fancy inside than mine. I keep seeing wheels like yours for sale as take-offs. I like them, but I don't know if they're what I want for my truck.
I think about all the things we could have done, all the miracles we could have achieved, if we were all just a little bit better than it turns out we are.

It's such a weird mix of luxury features my old 'Luxury' truck didn't have and luxury features I kinda miss.

The wheels have really grown on me. When the truck first came out the asymmetrical aspect of them bugged me, now I kinda dig them. For your truck I'd look at the sport package 18s like on my old truck or the sport package 20s.

Isn’t it crazy with a vehicle that big the kids feet can still kick the seat. Like car seats have gotten stupid big.

Me too. I want to get them more room but you have to go to a much bigger vehicle.

About the only thing with more room than a crew cab are things like a Ram Mega Cab or the long wheelbase LS/S class/A8 etc

Yeah these ones supposedly convert. These ones are the like 5 way ones, but John has a smaller 3 way one in Jen's car.

Yours are exactly what I have. I was trying to see how they convert as my oldest fits the requirements.

I was getting my mountain bike out of the bed of my truck today and happened to glance down and noticed something interesting.

Ford has this little LED light for illumination while hooking up a trailer

Well this is the heat sink for it

And for scale here is the same angle just further back
