Any plans for it? Different pulleys, wide body, ecu flash?

I should clarify, my guess is the hub to disk mounting is the same. GTR rotors are drilled from the factory, Hellcat's are not.aaronatstate wrote: ↑Wed Jun 25, 2025 7:51 pmYeah not sure if the hats are interchangeable or not, but I’d assume they are. I didn't spend much time looking at them though because the lug pattern is different, plus the OE Hellcat rotors sit too far inboard for a 3S.
Also the calipers wouldn't work because you can't "flip" them, since the crossover is built in.

I was right. 12+ GTR and Hellcat rotors are the same dimensions, only the hats are different.aaronatstate wrote: ↑Thu Jun 26, 2025 1:27 pmI should clarify, my guess is the hub to disk mounting is the same. Steve, so is your cost for earlier GTRs (they had 380mm rotors), or 2012+?

i guessed at a year and picked 2013. catalog says 2011-21, 23-24aaronatstate wrote: ↑Thu Jun 26, 2025 1:41 pmI was right. 12+ GTR and Hellcat rotors are the same dimensions, only the hats are different.aaronatstate wrote: ↑Thu Jun 26, 2025 1:27 pmI should clarify, my guess is the hub to disk mounting is the same. Yeah as long as they're 390mm, the rotor rings are the same for GTR and Hellcats. Only the aluminum hat is different.vr4 wrote: ↑Thu Jun 26, 2025 2:52 pmi guessed at a year and picked 2013. catalog says 2011-21, 23-24aaronatstate wrote: ↑Thu Jun 26, 2025 1:41 pmI was right. 12+ GTR and Hellcat rotors are the same dimensions, only the hats are different.aaronatstate wrote: ↑Thu Jun 26, 2025 1:27 pm

So you're saying i should buy GTR's when then need replacing?vr4 wrote: ↑Wed Jun 25, 2025 6:48 pmmy cost on the OE gtr rotors is 548. 1012 for the hellkitty parts.aaronatstate wrote: ↑Wed Jun 25, 2025 6:41 pm 390x34, same size as the Nissan GTR.

Not a lot planned right now. I mostly want to make it more theft proof. You can defeaf the key fobs pretty easy and also quickly pull it out of gear if you want to tow it instead. The second item would be a quick fix with some parts, but not sure yet on the key fobs. Probably have to hide an air tag in it somewhere as well.
No desire for more HP as it more than I am even used to. Its already a widebody.

Re: LIFE Is Short...Buy THE Car.
From the info I found yes. You'd have to move your hats over to the rings. I think you can get 1 piece rotors too for a Hellcat from what I saw online too, which would likely be cheaper than either option.ChargerX3 wrote: ↑Thu Jun 26, 2025 3:30 pmSo you're saying i should buy GTR's when then need replacing?vr4 wrote: ↑Wed Jun 25, 2025 6:48 pmmy cost on the OE gtr rotors is 548. 1012 for the hellkitty parts.aaronatstate wrote: ↑Wed Jun 25, 2025 6:41 pm 390x34, same size as the Nissan GTR.

Yea, i wouldn't mind recycling the hats if it saved hundreds off the price. I didn't know they had 1 piece rotors as well. I wonder what you sacrifice going that route?aaronatstate wrote: ↑Thu Jun 26, 2025 3:46 pmFrom the info I found yes. You'd have to move your hats over to the rings. Weight mostly... I saw aftermarket ones, they weren't Mopar ones.ChargerX3 wrote: ↑Thu Jun 26, 2025 4:37 pmYea, i wouldn't mind recycling the hats if it saved hundreds off the price. That's awesome. Congrats!
I think about all the things we could have done, all the miracles we could have achieved, if we were all just a little bit better than it turns out we are.

A lot of times the hardware to hold the rotors to the hat is one time use. But it should still save some money.ChargerX3 wrote: ↑Thu Jun 26, 2025 4:37 pmYea, i wouldn't mind recycling the hats if it saved hundreds off the price. Re: LIFE Is Short...Buy THE Car.
Thanks for sharing that. I like the price and that its a simple solution, but how well does it stack up compared to OEM Brembo.aaronatstate wrote: ↑Thu Jun 26, 2025 8:15 pm https://www.buybrakes.com/centric-226.6 ... OqY7TdHs5v
Also, i hardly go through regular rotors. What makes you all think ill need to with the Brembos?
