Essentially nothing, 4 other people are probably going as well. Dumb greedy corpo shit. Basically goals are too high and only one or two people in the store are consistently hitting them, so half of us are on final. Im not worried about it. I can get by on unemployment while i apply for a job ill actually not hate. Ive been unhappy with this place for a couple years now.

That was what finally broke my mom at the bank she had worked at for something like 20 years. The unrealistic sales goals combined with shit pay and poor treatment meant that she jumped when she had a chance to take a payout and leave during Covid.

My dads has been in the gutter ever since. I really think we’ve been in somewhat depression since as we all know fields and people who have never recovered.
