Plenty of the head units have video in. If I wanted that 360, they have controllers you hook cameras to.

Are they digital or analog? Where do they get power from? Are they 12 volt or 6 volt?
As an example, I'd like to use mirrors from Chris' generation of F150 because they look better than mine and they fit with minor trimming. But I can't, because the cameras won't work and that's something I really want to add.
I can't even swap between to extremely similar Ford trucks that are only one generation apart. You're not going to get a factory camera to work with a random aftermarket radio in a truck that's 15 years older than the system you're trying to install.
