Found something I thought would work. It did not. Leaking at outlet of the radiator to surge tank and at the tee junction.

That's the hose and fittings. Debating on a whole new oem piece.

Re: This can only end poorly
Ordered the oem hose assembly plus a better tee fitting. If I can get it to work without leaking with the better fitting I'll send back the hose. As for the radiator connection to the hose, I took it off, and saw a kink/slit in the end of the hose. Cut it off and reattached it. We will see how it goes.

The crack.

Wow. That's way bigger than I expected.
I think about all the things we could have done, all the miracles we could have achieved, if we were all just a little bit better than it turns out we are.

Only leaked with heat and pressure though. Once cool, stopped leaking.

That's what she said!
My 96 Saturn I had did the same thing, but in the upper radiator hose. Ended up replacing everything, when all I needed to replace was the upper hose.

Pretty sure I know what's wrong with the O2 sensor. After I installed it and reset the exhaust (had to drop to install) the end of it has been rubbing on the transmission tunnel. Guessing wire frayed. Can't remove unless I drop exhaust again. Going to keep going bad unless I find a different solution. It has that spacer fouler on it so it sticks out longer. Really need to find someone to tune it out and be done with it.

Found a tuner with decent reviews closer than Vancouver. Recommend on vette forum and a few Facebook groups. Going to see if they can take a look and tune it out.

It's not illegal in Canada.
Well, it probably technically is, but their equivalent of the EPA doesn't seem to be cracking down on it.

Re: This can only end poorly
I really should swap sensors so I can see if the code jumps. But that requires lifting the car and undoing some of the exhaust. Ugh. Such a pain. Especially if it doesn't work. I can get it tuned for 2x the cost of new sensors and never worry about it again.
Re: This can only end poorly
How's that going to work when you get your SC though? Will they be able to update your existing tune, or will they have to load a whole new file and overwrite your O2 delete?

Re: This can only end poorly
Had it out on the road for a bit yesterday. Everything held up fine but kept getting a check oil level message. Checked oil. It was fine. My dumb ass had unplugged the sensor when adjusting the transmission lines and forgot to plug it back in. So had to put it on the lift yet again just to crawl under and plug it back in.
Also had some traction issues yesterday. Lots of spin off the line without trying and 1-2nd they kept breaking loose at less than 1/2 throttle.

Made a deal with Danielle. If I get under 300 lbs I can order the supercharger.
