Well i finally received my "overnight part from Japan" a couple months later. Just in time i might add. My spot welded pully was starting to separate and was making an annoying noise rubbing against the timing cover.

Wow I’m surprised those welds started to fail. Glad you got it before they did. The help is equal parts annoying and awesome lol

Yea, they weren't all that great. Especially trying to adhere to cast iron. It was a fight. I dont think it would have stayed together much longer. Only 2 welds on the back were still holding.

Took the Cappo out to her first meet ages. Sundays C&C was packed! Good news is she starts a lot better now that i put a new lawnmower battery in it.

Been reading about more and more states doing clumsy, heavy handed bans on Kei cars or just all 25 year imports in general. Has there been any hint this nonsense may spread to NV?
