About time I made this thread. When everything went to hell on me a couple weeks ago. This is what came up and I decided on.
I don’t like the color.
But love the inside.
Only options I can’t think if has is lane detection and auto braking. Other than that it’s got a ton of options.
It is annoying to have a track pad and no digital clock. But it’s the most comfy vehicle. I’ll ad more as I think of it.

Lane detection is easy. It would have a camera in the windshield just above the rear view mirror.
Don't know if there's an easy way to check for auto braking, unless there's a button to turn it off.
It's a good looking car.
I think about all the things we could have done, all the miracles we could have achieved, if we were all just a little bit better than it turns out we are.

It doesn’t have those and I wish it did, is what I meant. I’ve been reading up on the center lock diff and traction control button. Both seems almost pointless and just to make you feel better.

I think those are mostly for getting moving from a stop in moderate snow or ice. They're not meant for anything actually challenging.

I like it I think it's a great color combo.
It does look great. Just not my style.

Yup. But most say when they try it when it snows it’s basically the same on and off.

Ordered the remote start harness. Looked strait forward to wire in and program. I really missed it in the escape. I used it in the crv all the time.
Need to find time to tint the windows.

Neat little crossover. Was this for you or the wife. I forgot the story.
For me. The wife’s Tahoe isn’t right. But she likes her bigger vehicle and honestly I feel better her driving one if something were to happen. I drive a whole lot more getting kids all over so it’s smarter for me to have something good on gas.

Gotcha. Should be plenty comfortable for you then. Hows MPG?
I’m getting 26 around town right now. Lexus says spark plugs every 40k. It’s due for a set then, doubt it needs them but I will do it. Running premium as well. Sitting in car rider lines kills the mpg. Even though I don’t really leave it running. It still kills it.

Thats not bad. Is yours premium only.
I think I can run any but it does run better on premium.

It's like my truck. It can run on 87, but for best performance and towing Ford recommends 91 or better. On a 2018 F150 Car & Driver saw something like 40hp gain on 93 vs 87. I can only get 91.
I looked at some Acura’s. I almost bought an mdx with the technology package. It was nice. It was just from NY and I didn’t like that.

Yea, i wouldnt trust NY vehicles.
It looked clean under it. I had them put it on a lift. I believe it was either well taken care of or just Honda is better at rust prevention.
