Its not and parts are probably the most common for those out of all the 6G7* motors.

Ok. Ordered new motor mounts. Probably paid too much for some China ones but oh well. Also starting on a list of required items for the swap. So far its looking a lot shorter than the 3.8 Mivec swap. lol

That looks like a pretty decent price for that.

I wouldn't be opposed to the quarter Monti. I've seen a couple pop up every now and then. I think i just have too many cars to get all that excited about them just yet.

Well over the past week I have managed to get the motor on an engine stand and over into the garage.

Now to start disassembly. I really like the 01" single serpentine pully setup, but it puts my hydraulic pump on the drivers side and I don't think I can make my truck work with the newer style ac compressor. Would hate to go back to the 97-00 dual belt and more clutter, but it might be best. That just means quite a bit more items to find and swap out. :(

Also, for those aware... this block is a crossover much like the SR, but in its own way. Not sure how many people knew that but doesn't help my cause any. In fact less parts might work from the earlier 3.5's Ill be stealing from.

Oh, another option popped up as well. This whole '07 setup for $750. Has around 180k miles.

Yea, its another Mivec, but I don't need the auto trans and I also don't like paying for Premium fuel. With that high compression I'm locked in. The 3.5L will run anything and have around 200hp vs the 264hp.

I don't know...
