Edge ST

Post by DCIV »

Been looking at these lately for a replacement for the escape. But just like Justin it will take me about a year. Lol.

Anything I should look at specific per year?

Also I see a big break option but carguru doesn’t have that as an option so I’ve just been looking if the calipers are painted red. Anyone know if it’s attached to another package?

Known issues?

I think you mean Jason...

If it has red calipers and the bigger wheels, it came with the bigger brakes, which are 13.6" rotors.

Ohhhh yeah. Jason.

Decent price point on them. Can find pretty new with a few miles for under 30k.

Is that what you have Aaron or the explorer? If so how many miles? any issue? Any year better than others?

We have the Explorer so I have the 3.5V6 Turbo. I believe the 2.7V6 Turbo in the Edge is a decent engine. I think 2015 and newer are all pretty much the same. 2015-2018 were called Edge Sports, and in 2019 there was a mid cycle facelift and they started calling it the ST instead. Since 2019 the ST has been the same as far as I know.
