Oh absolutely get one, but don't get a basket case spend a little more and get something you can enjoy right away and also tinker with.

Yes, she definitely likes the contrasting colors of the black/red. Now that she is on grandma duty (grandaunt..?), she's put a fun car on the back burner. :-D

My ex boss had a Z3.. I must admit that car did not impress me but his was a bit junky as well.

Z3 is too small. Same reason early Miatas are out.
I think about all the things we could have done, all the miracles we could have achieved, if we were all just a little bit better than it turns out we are.

There are convertible 240s, but those were crap even when they were brand new.

Other than looking cool (for the time) they are supposed to be complete dumpster fires. Held together by Scotch tape and zip ties.

Worse the 3S was at least mass produced the Prowler was hand built with late 90s era Chrysler tech lol

It’s a freaking fun car to play. Prowler would be perfect if you can get them at that price. Quit trying to get a fun side car to be a daily that’s perfect.
