Ok. So i need to start transitioning out of old cars so i can enjoy new ones. To do that I think i need to start swapping things around.

I'm leaning on selling the Mad Max. I don't think anyone will pay want I want for it with the Mivec, so I think I would need to pull the motor and put it in my blue Ram 50. Only because I like that trucks options and body a little more. Problem is what motor do i put in the max? The 3.0?

What do i put the Mivec in? The SWB Montero or the Ram 50.

I also have a spare 3.5L out of a 2001 Montero that runs. Do i put that into the Max or the Monti?

Someone was willing to give me actual dollars for my dumpster fire of a truck. I don't think you'll have any trouble selling yours.

List it as is and see what happens. Worst case, you're proven right and it doesn't sell and you just move on with plans you're already considering.

This guy thinks he can get 10 for his boring as shit, bone stock 2WD. The only thing it has on yours is nicer paint, and it may not even be that much nicer in person.

Yeah I could see a truck like that going for $10k+ easy especially in this market.

I feel like just the standard truck like mine with the 3.0 sells for $7-10k in my market. I probably wouldn't sell for less than $15k.
