Dropped it at the bank today.
I think about all the things we could have done, all the miracles we could have achieved, if we were all just a little bit better than it turns out we are.

Congratulations
Re: Jeff's winter Corvette thread.
I haven't measured it. It may just look lower because of the fender spat that the widebodies have.

Finally heard back from the guy who bought it. He said he was only able to take it for a short drive so far, but he's loving it.

Boots = junkyard and really mucky jobs
Green tinted gray Sketchers = lawn work
Black Sketchers = daily driver
Sandals = summer use

Ok stupid Norwegian question here... why are those shoes seemingly so popular among older men?

Because they never change and old men are stuck in their ways. They just want a new pair of what they already have

They used to be a good shoe. I loved mine 20 yrs ago. Lasted forever and comfortable. Now not so much.
I wear bearfoot whenever possible, or Merrell, Muck, or Danner at work. I mow the lawn in either old new balance or aisics

Meh New Balance still makes a good running shoe, but you have to go to a running store to get them.Duck Vader wrote: ↑Mon Mar 20, 2023 7:32 pm They used to be a good shoe. I loved mine 20 yrs ago. Lasted forever and comfortable. Now not so much.
