Yeah I kinda want it myself but it's seriously overkill for anything I plan to do. Either that or it'd just sit behind the gate at my house and would only be used occasionally.

If it’s diesel, they don’t like to sit. So I would only do that with a gas burner.

Personally I'd get an old 6.2 gm diesel before a Navistar 6.4

Depends on the cause imo. Hail can salvage something. Ugly but otherwise fine.


My 97 is a salvage. Bent rear control arm. Couldn't find a new one so after 6 months they totaled it.

Salvage is fine as long as you expect to a difficult process selling it and at a very low price.

For me its too risky and the return on investment is as bad as it gets.
