This will come as a shock, but I actually have a job that occasionally requires my attention

Job. A job that you can’t do whatever 90% of the time. Screw that. Lol.

Got the car all cleaned up and photographed yesterday. Gonna get it listed today.

I need some advice. I've got the lien release from Carmax. Should I go to the DMV and get the title cleared ahead of time, or just let a potential buyer sort that out? I'm just trying to think of things that will make it easier to sell.

I'd get it cleared. In my experience most banks won't execute a loan on a title that isn't cleared.

If you were going to do that, it would have been better to get started a week ago. I thought we didn't want to delay this any longer?

Thanks, Captain Hindsight. You were the one telling me not to worry about it.

The DMV website says I should get the new title in 3-5 days. So I don't think it'll hold things up that badly. I can still list the car.
