Im not quite good at editing yet, Ive played around. But this was honestly just quicker to throw it in the lathe. It would be different if I wanted to sell them but someone already sells the metal ones and Im not taking buisness away from him, just helping out a bawcer.

Putting 3G wheels on, or like the one coop has from an overseas Mitsubishi, its needed.
Coop your spacer worked like a champ! Installed and done! Looks stock.
I, also pretty sure Id you just use those three holes to center it, you wouldnt need the center part at all.

Yeah it started that I spent WAY to much on a steering wheel and then had to get this to make it right. Wasnt happy.

Like a spacer? I used a washer and made a spacer. Still moved. Has to have the part around the shaft or pushes down and rubs. The clock spring moves.
Glad the part worked.

Nah the 3 posts that it centers on arent part of the clock spring. It may give some, but I dont think it needs that center part. I know, because it started to separate on the part you made when I first tightened it down and didnt have it perfectly centered
But it still works. Maybe it helps, but theres no way that thin plastic on the center section would support like metal does. You should try it on yours. Print another without the center part and see if it works. Just make sure its fully seated on those 3 tiny posts.

I could but I made a huge spacer and it still moved on mine. Like 3 washers. It never. Ever. Stoped going down. I honestly think the shaft part stops the wheel as there is a 10* angle on those. We arnt talking about rubbing a lot, so a tiny spacer on the shaft fixes it.

Yeah I could see that being the case. Since the wheel is tapered on the inside it looked like.
