Played around with them in photoshop. Honestly think the painted ones look better. Don't like the beadlock look on there. Painted looks cleaner.

Fake beadlocks. It's just the look. I hate that look on this truck.

I used to rock that shit back in high school. I'm going to see if I have any pics of my truck with it.

This was my truck in high school.

Yes I bought and installed the bed rails and cover, bumper cover, rear bumper, running boards, decal, hood, grill, gauge clusters, underglow, set of 10" subs under the back seat, etc.

And at night it looked like this:

My buddies and I at the car dealership I worked at used to say this same thing. Except we would say that it looked like it drove through the JC Whitney catalog and hit every page

Got in a bit of a race yesterday. Not sure what year, but was up against a newer 2014+ silverado with a v8. Crew cab regular bed. Both sitting at a red light no one in front of us. Pulls up next to me after I passed him earlier. He lightly revs his engine (has dual exhaust outlets so a little loud) and looks at me. I'm like OK. Light turns green, he hits it hard, I lightly roll into it. About neck and neck until I get into 2nd. My 1st to 2nd shift is hard a quick and keeps me in the power band. I jumped about a truck length ahead and he let off the gas.

So my question is, should that have been possible? He should have more hp than me. I only have intake, cat back, and a tune. He should have been a lot faster, right?

We stopped before we hit 55, the speed limit.
